The 4th Annual Celebration of Life "Casino Royale" benefit on March 20, 2010 in memory of Katie Haumesser was an overwhelming success!

-We raised, after expenses, and amazing $15,000! We could not have done this without YOU!

-In addition to providing a cash donation to the Clermont County Educational Service Center, the Foundation is providing individual needed items to five children who attend the school.  We invite you to read the profiles of these special children at www.katiesspecialkids.org/content/katies-kids.

-The Foundation is proud to award the annual $2,500 scholarship to a deserving University of Cincinnati graduate student who is pursuing a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.

-The first annual Katie Haumesser Outstanding Service Award was presented to Tammy Ratley for her caring and dedication to children.  Tammy has dedicated her professional life to helping children with special needs, while providing a loving home for her own biological children and two adopted children with special needs.

-Honorable Mentions were also awarded to nominees Eric Bambach and Dee Dee Hamlin for their outstanding service, professional care, and dedication to the children they help.

-We received donated items valued in excess of $10,000 for the gamblers raffle and bid & buy tables.
